If you are interested in providing a memorable experience for your group of ten or more, be sure to schedule a one-hour docent-led guided walking tour highlighting the newly restored Cascade as well as the history, landscape, horticulture, and architecture of this 1920s Arts and Crafts-style garden. In 2025, Greenwood Gardens was named one of New Jersey Travel and Tourism’s “One Dozen Must-Stroll Garden State Gardens.”

Our garden tours are the perfect retreat for garden clubs, travel groups, corporate outings, team-building activities, and special occasions. Your group is welcome to bring a bag lunch and eat on-site in Adelaide’s, our covered outdoor Pavilion, or to dine at one of the area’s local eateries.

Tours are available Monday – Sunday from May through November.
The fee for Garden Tours is $20 per person. Reservations must be made in advance.

Make the most of your time at Greenwood Gardens by using our Garden Guide, a self-guided tour pamphlet and map, to learn about our history, landscape, and horticulture. Each visitor receives a copy of our Garden Guide as they enter. You should plan to allot 75 minutes to fully appreciate the garden on your self-guided tour.
