Scavenger hunt, spelling bee, crafts, face-painting, games, gardening tips, honey tasting, food, and more!
Choose a three-hour session:
10:00 a.m.to 1:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

A: YES. Due to limited parking, this event is by pre-registration only.
A: You will experience the same events during both sessions. We ask that you register and arrive promptly to enjoy the activities in each session. A list of events and times are included on our website and on your confirmation ticket.
A: All reservation holders for BEE Day must enter by vehicle only. For safety reasons, no bicycles or walk-ins are permitted. You will be directed where to park your vehicle upon entering.
A: Your reservation applies only to the session for which you have registered, due to our limited parking. There is a one-hour turnover time between sessions, and we ask you to adhere to the session for which you have registered.
You may arrive anytime during your session window but will only be able to participate for the duration of the session.
A: If you do not wish to stay for the duration of your session, simply exit by vehicle.
A: Tickets for this special, pre-registration event are non-refundable. However, we can issue you a guest pass to return for a visit on another day.
A: If Greenwood cancels the event for any reason, all tickets will be refunded.
A: Yes, all standard rules of etiquette apply. Please review our Know Before You Go page prior to arrival.
A: Yes, when you arrive and check-in at the registration table, you will receive a program guide. You will be directed to the main event.
A: No. Activities such as crafts and games require tickets which can be purchased on-site at a cost of $1 – $2 a piece. The cost per child to participate in a typical number of activities would be in the range of $15-$20. All live demonstrations are free to participants who are registered for the event.
A: Tickets for games and activities can be purchased once you arrive inside the event.
A: Yes. In addition, we will have food items and beverages for sale under our main tent.
A: The BEE Day session is three hours in duration. You may enjoy the gardens as you wish, though ask that you make a timely departure at the end of your session. Please depart by 1:00 p.m. from the morning session to allow for the afternoon session; and by 5:00 p.m. from the afternoon when the event ends.
A: Yes. We will present significant prizes for each contest and ask entrants to be present on-site to receive their prize.
A: Because this is a special event, admission cannot be applied toward new Memberships. However, any new Memberships purchased on BEE Day will be extended for an additional complimentary three months.
A: Yes, we have accessible restrooms with changing tables and water fountain located on the West Terrace near the main event.
A: Yes, we welcome wheelchairs which can access the main portion of the event on the Main Terrace. Due to limited space, we ask that you park your strollers in our designated stroller parking area, rather than bringing them through the event.
